Building Your AI Governance Stack
In SMEs, AI governance often lands with the people already running privacy, security or IT. There is no new team, no new budget, and the frameworks are rarely designed for organisations that now have to manage more. This talk builds the stack in layers: what your existing controls can carry, what needs to be adapted for AI, and which layers have to be added. You'll leave with a clear view of the layers, an owner for each, and the order to build them in.
