Rogelio is an experienced DPO and data protection leader in the financial and energy sectors, having held statutory DPO roles across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. He has played a key role in preparing global companies for the GDPR and has since designed and optimised data protection frameworks across the MEA, LATAM, and APAC regions. He holds an LLM in Digital Law, an MSc in Information Security, an MBA, and certifications including CIPP/E, CIPM, CISM, CISSP, and CISA.
