The interplay between NIS2 and GDPR
In his presentation, Koen will explore the interplay between the NIS2 Directive and the integrity, confidentiality, availability and accountability principles as set out in the GDPR. Koen argues that the transposition of NIS2 into national law and the extended role of the cybersecurity authorities will prove to have a decisive impact on compliance with and enforcement of the GDPR.
