The interplay between NIS-2 and GDPR
In his presentation, Koen will explore the interplay between the NIS-2 Directive and the integrity, confidentiality, availability and accountability principles as set out in the GDPR. Koen argues that the transposition of NIS-2 into national law and the extended role of the cybersecurity authorities will prove to have a decisive impact on compliance with and enforcement of the GDPR.
