Eirik is an in-house DPO at Fagforbundet, Norway’s largest labour union, with over 15 years of experience in data protection. He transitioned from hands-on IT and IT management into privacy, with a background delivering open-source applications and hosting to clients in medtech, finance, and the NGO sector. He takes a risk-based approach to complex, high-pressure environments and is focused on driving cultural change alongside practical compliance.
